Mr Vijay Akalwadi is a veteran of the real estate industry, having worked in it for the last 25 years. Inspired by projects in real estate, Mr akalwadi aims to provide warm and nurturing spaces in the heart of a bustling Solapur that people would be proud to call home. An avid supporter of maintaining a greener Solapur, the Group’s projects reflect Mr Akalwadi’s unique vision for the city.
Since he started the group in 1999, they have built homes for more than 1200 families, with a unique trajectory of success recognised by renowned societies and committees of Maharashtra.
